Just saying. I'm only working seasonal, but me and the Mrs. plan on giving. By giving, I mean food banks/pantry's. If you have an Aldi's or a like store, you can get a case of pork and beans for $7.50. Aldi's usually has their potatoes really inexpensive this time of year. There's many things at a reasonable cost one can do.
Love thy neighbor folks as many need it for Christmas and the winter months. Some can barely pay their utility bills. The reason I post this is because I've been there before. Giving someone a helping hand can rise them out of the ashes. We don't need govt for this.
If everyone did $10 in their community, many people would be helped. Merry Christmas my ROD friends and Love Thy Neighbor.
