I heard this point made last night and I don't remember by who (sorry), but it's true. The Rams went home last night on a couple hour flight to LA from a major city (Denver) and so were home fairly quickly (8 ish pm, or 9 is, Sunday Night/).

After waiting until Monday evening in Green Bay to play, the game plus media questions + shower and dressing, it probably wont be until 11 ish Field pm before leaving Lambeau Field. At least 45 minutes before leaving on a charter jet back to Frisco is probably 4-5 hours, probably arriving to Frisco at 4:45am CST or 2:25am PST on Tuesday morning.

So Sean McVay had Monday and Tuesday to game plan the Niners, while the Niners will be overcoming a late night game and a long plane flight and then sleeping a good part of Tuesday, before their planning for the Rams can even begin their normal week.
