Ngata only played five games in 2017, but he did have two sacks in limited action. Gone are the days of him being a player who will rack up five sacks per year, but he’s still a massive presence at nose tackle and fits nicely in Wade Phillips’ defense.As a one-year option in 2018, Ngata would be a nice bridge until the Rams can find a true nose tackle for the future.

Haloti did get released today by the Lions, so we could get him Cheap!

Yeah I think so too. We have some depth behind Donald and Brockers, but depending on what we do in free agency at linebacker, we could draft DT in the third round or later.

Well he gets more pressure on the qb than actual edge rushers do and he does it from the interior. Edge rushers get paid huge contracts too especially coming off a DPOTY season.
