WWE has always been huge when it comes to helping out sick kids. Wrestlers have talked about how it starts with Vince McMahon and goes down the line.
John Cena is actually top wishgiver of all time for Make A Wish with over 400 wishes... which I couldn't even begin to think about what that entails. He becomes very uncomfortable talking about it because he doesn't want it turned into some big glorification thing saying that the kids do much more for him than he does for them.
