The attached video is an interesting topic; Best Offensive Trios - Non QB’s.

The Rams trio of Kupp, Robinson, and Akers is his #1 choice.

Expanding it beyond trio… Who has a better combination than the Ram’s; Kupp, Robinson, Akers, Jefferson, and add the burn potential of Atwell

Our offense could be crazy good. Better than 2021.

Who has a better combination than that?

The Bengals are definitely in the conversation; Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd, and Joe Mixon.

Excluding QB’s from the combination… what are some other good ones?

.

it's no coincidence that 4 out of the top 5 trios are rams coaches or former coaches.

they have built (mcvay, taylor) an offensive juggernaut or opted for teams with offensive juggernauts (staley, o'connell).

i really think the vikings are going to be a big threat this season with an offensive coach calling the shots and getting the most out of that impressive offensive talent.

but the rams are head and shoulders above the rest. and have the qb to make it all work.

Surprised that this is picked as #1.

OBJ, Robinson and Kupp as 3 WRs for the stretch run would be incredibly great.

i hope that Rams use RB by committee in regular season and that Akers has understood that a RB cannot be good unless he holds on to the ball

I was surprised by this, usually guys don’t hesitate to put someone ahead of Kupp, but realistically Akers has to be a huge question mark. It was a great story but he contributed little in his comeback and almost cost them the Tampa game. If Akers scores a td before the half even the dark magic of Brady can’t save them. And are we counting on OBJ?
Kupp, Robinson, Jefferson and Akers will put up big time numbers but they’re not as sexy as some others like Chase and Mixon.
Lastly, Gronk says he’s not playing so until I hear otherwise I’m assuming he’s not playing, I’m not saying he won’t come back but why does a guy with a resume like his have to retire to get out of camp? He’s one of the greatest TEs to ever live and he’s got the rings to prove it, is anyone on the team gonna complain if Gronk doesn’t show up til August? He’s got this image of a big meathead following Brady around but dude has made a ton of money off this persona he created, and he’s not one of these new school TEs who are basically WRs, basically he’s another olineman.
