One big takeaway. Someone asked about Quick not playing and if he was hurt or something. Fisher said he's not hurt and then added something that I thought was revealing. Fisher said if Quick is running his route right then the coverage will take Sam to Cook for a 40 yard completion.
That may be the main reason Pettis is playing over Quick. Cook is the main focal point of the offense, and they want WRs who help Cook get open. And Pettis is better at that than Quick is right now.
