Former Rams 1st Rd pick Jimmy Kennedys son Devan Kennedy just committed to play DE for the Iowa Hawkeyes.

And former Ram Flipper Andersons son transferred to play WR for the Hawkeyes this past winter..

Just thought it was cool that two former Rams kids are playing football for my Hawkeyes!

Kirk James Ferentz on hell of a football coach as they teach & develop at Iowa City and in the beginning Ferentz had plenty of overtures from other collegiate programs and the NFL, but he loved the quality of life in Iowa, have to love him for that.

He gets on my nerves at times but I absolutely love Captain Kirk and will cry when he retires.

if Ferentz ever brought thier offense into the 21st century , we'd be playing for a national champioship every year............lol

their defense is going to be scary good again this year

I got big hopes for this year , with the addition from Michigan QB Cade McNamara

the legendary Hayden Fry , and Kirk Ferentz

Hayden Fry is the one who had them paint the visitors locker room pink...................lol

Yeah McNamara was one of two QB moves this offseason that I think might result in fireworks for their new teams, the other being Notre Dame picking up Hartman.

I have high hopes this year that USC can get a defense this year because their offense will be deadly again
