For me getting excited at pass catcher this year was always gonna be about this guy (and an outside shot of Klare earning meaningful reps this season).

Can't wait to see him take a step, his skill set is so tantalizing it's hard not to see what he could become.

I honestly can't wait to see him take few more snaps at X at times.

Amen. Opponents don't have a clue what's about to be unleashed here. The fact the Rams waited till the 6th round to get a WR tells you what they think of him. They'll be a huge number of combinations they can use between all five TEs when running 12 or 13. I know he only caught 11 balls last year, but a 21 YPC average is ridiculous for a TE. Or anyone for that matter. McVay will scheme him vs LBs and watch out.

Imagine if T Ferg gives us anything resembling prime Gronk, Kelc, or Kittle??? Teams are gonna be like, "fuck this...!!!"

We got Kyren and Corum equally terrorizing out of the backfield. Best in Ball Nacua with a hungry-for-Super Bowl Davante. Top 3 QB.

AND THE BEST DEFENSE IN YEARS, COMING!!!

This Super Bowl at SoFi is OURS!!!!!!!

I’m sure the Rams saw the potential of Ferguson and had big plans for him this year. But I don’t believe the Rams had any assurance of this at the time of the draft. So they took a gamble and I trust that it will pay off this year - but it was a big gamble based on their relatively thin receiving corps.

Again, mods, I implore you to add a boner reaction.

Is there any room for the idea that McVay doesn't believe that the team has a relatively thin receiving corps? Especially the way he talks up Mumpfield. There were still WRs on the board when they selected Klare. Plus, the draft wasn't and hasn't been the only opportunity to add talent at WR this offseason.

I’d love to see Ferg break out.

Mcvay believes in him as can be seen in calling Fergs number in the most important play of our season last year, in which the rookie did not deliver.

Year 2 might be a breakout year. Talent is there, will he be a dog in crunch time and high pressure moments?

We will see.
I got a bad memory, what play was that?
