a salesperson came to our door before I got home and relentlessly badgered my wife to sign up. so if there was any hope of me talking her into it, there is no way she will do it now. thanks direct tv. it amazes me that they will not sell the sunday ticket alone.

I didn't even know they had door to door sales. Seems like cable/satellite companies are desperate to get new customers and keep others from cancelling (i.e., Comcast).
