I am astounded by the talent at tackle they have developed.

2013: Luke Joekel #2 overall
2014: Jake Mathews #6 overall
2015: Cedric Ogbuehi (Matt Miler Mock Draft #4 overall)

I found a correlation, BJ Anderson was hired as the Oline coach in 2012. I know Boudrea is a great oline coach but what if....we hired BJ Anderson to help Boudrea and focus on developing the young talent stashed on the practice squad or buried at the bottom of the depth chart.

Just an out of the box idea in the slow offseason with not much to talk about.

Any input? I know it is kind of a crazy idea and would almost certainly never occur, but would you be pro or against hiring Anderson?

I don't know. Are there actually assistant O-line coaches in the NFL?
Personally, I don't think Boudreau needs any help. He's, IMO, one of the top O-line coaches out there.
