TE Mike McNeil on KMOX

I remember McNeil being brought in at the end of last season. That said, I don't know much about him. Is he more of a blocking TE? Catching TE? Some combination of both?
 
I don't know if he'll have a 'defined role'. Fisher (from what I've read) likes his TE's to do a lot of different things. Versatility is the key with these guys.
