Taylor Rapp?

I guess I have been out of touch but can anyone give me an update on Taylor Rapp? I just read that he is on IR but is he done for the season or is there hope/plans that he will return to the active roster this season? He was one of my favorite Rams players last season and I thought he had a really bright future for the Rams! And, even if he returns I doubt he can win a starting role at this time but I do think he would prove to be a very valuable player/backup to the Rams for the rest of the season!

Wasn't he injured some in college? Wonder if concerns there could lead to wanting to keep JJ?

If they can keep Blythe, JJ, and Floyd somehow, this would be a SB favorite next year.... Oh and Staley.

I too was impressed with Rapp as a rookie and now Fuller is shining in his first season. Burgess was playing week before getting hurt too.

Snead is drafting talented safeties who are excellent tacklers, like to hit, and have a nose for the ball. Rapp’s area of concern was coverage, but just before getting injured, he was showing a lotta progress.

Rolling into the playoffs with JJ3, Fuller, Rapp, Ramsey, Hill, and DWilliams? Ouch. It’s gonna be 2 step drops all day until we get a lead or 3rd and long. The Rams are looking good on the back end.
