Per Peter King:

You will excuse Rams coach Jeff Fisher if he needs a couple of stiff drinks on the flight from Heathrow Airport outside of London back home to St. Louis today. If he never sees the New England Patriots again, that'll be just fine with him. The last time he faced New England as coach of Tennessee, the Pats beat the Titans 59-0. On Sunday, the first time he faced New England as coach the Rams, the Pats beat the Rams 45-7. Numbers you might like -- but Fisher won't -- from those eight quarters of football:

Yards allowed: 1,092.
Margin of defeat: 97 points.
Touchdowns passes allowed: 10.
Interceptions: 0

looking at fisher on the sideline you knew he knew it was coming. hell, by the second patriots drive we all knew what was coming. the rams d had no answers and no clue what to do. i'm still at a loss at how they let the gronkman run free all game and a catch the ball without anyone within 10 yards of him. at least they have the bye to work on some things. hopefully they can take out their frustrations on the whiners.

JMO but Fletcher knew what to do, but they watched him like a hawk.
I'd love to see the AZ/Pats game and see if they held the shizzle out of the NE recs. which ,wonder of wonders, produces sacks, and Seattle is getting a reputation for ......holding recs. which wonder of wonders produces .....sacks.

Fuck Peter King the last two times Fisher faced NE ,which is one of the best organizations in the league with a team he had to fight a clueless owner over who to use his top draft choice on, and the second time with a team he was trying to rebuild after being owned by disinterested trust fund babies who listened to a guy who preferred to work on his tan vs. actually working to help.
We HAD to get to Brady,we didn't ,if you don't he carves everyone up.

Gotta believe if Fisher had that team and BB had ours, the score woulda been very similar.
So again, F U C K P E T E R,,,BTW THAT AIN'T THE ANTIDOTE FOR SALTPETER :tooth:
