10 teams; 4 division winners; 3 of the remaining 6 in the postseason.
Lots of games between the contenders. So many are getting another loss or two..
If we figure Carolina and Dallas are the most likely to drop out, that leaves 4 division champs and 3 of the remaining 4 teams. So who would be that 4th team?

49ers. They could lose their last 3. Also Detroit may fall out and will lose 2 more. I only see the Eagles losing 1 more on their schedule.

To get the 1 seed we have to beat Seattle but can most likely drop the game to Detroit.

If we lose to Seattle it will not be the end of the world as we can be road warriors on our way to the Super Bowl.

Really the key is staying healthy and executing in the playoffs.

Dallas loss to Detroit likely leaves them out of the running. But they have probably the easiest remaining schedule. If they win out would 10-6-1 be enough? Maybe not.

GB and Chicago is interesting. A sweep will likely give the winner the division. A split and it gets interesting with Detroit lurking. They'll have a tough one with the Rams. But they could easily win out after that.

Chicago's SOV is not good. They beat a lot of losing teams. Their one signature win was Philadelphia. A team that's been struggling offensively. And Phily is the only team they beat with a winning record. And only team that doesn't have a negative point differential. Eagles offense is struggling. Averaging 16 points per game the last 8 games.I have doubts if Chicago is that good.

Green Bay has two wins against a team with a winning record. Both against Detroit. Are they as good as their record?

Rams and Eagles are the only teams with a SOV over .500. Only two of Seattle's wins are against teams with a winning record. Jacksonville and Houston. They look good on both sides of the ball. But how much of that is the competition?

Its the NFL and anything can happen. But right now the Rams have the most wins against winning teams and playoff teams. By far. They have a loss last game but there is no indication its a sign of things to come. More like a sign of getting back on track.

The next 3 weeks will write the Rams post season story.

3-0, and we are looking at a 1 seed and a heavy SB favorite.

2-1, lose to Seattle, good chance we are a WC, but not guaranteed as Seattle could lose to SF. However SF would hold the tiebreaker if they win out.

1-2, and we are in trouble. A WC, and will have to take the hard road to the SB.

PS. Let's hope the Colts get their act together. They play both Seattle & SF. They could have a huge say in how the NFC West turns out.

Rams run the table. Problem solved. But in reality, it is of the utmost importance to pressure Darnold and beat the She Hawks. It's a good chance the Rams are their only loss the rest of the season.

The Iggles could lose tomorrow to San Diego, but their only other real chance for a loss is at Buffalo. I don't see them losing to the commodes in 2 games.

The Bears will have to play the packers again and the whiners.

Green Bay plays at Denver, at Chicago and home against the Ravens then at Vikings. I don't see them unscathed the rest of the season.

The whiners get the Titans, then the Colts, but Jones is out for the season. Then they play the bears and she hawks. I don't see them realistically going better than 2-2 or 3-1. If Jones were ok, I could see them going 1-3.

I don't see any realistic threats after that unless we lose to the Lions.

Let's hope Stafford's bad game was an aberration and the Ram's defense starts peaking towards the playoffs.

Let's hope the chips fall out way and the Rams end up with the top seed. Not that the Rams can't win in cold weather, but the #1 seed nearly assures a spot in the NFCCG. You get a bye, then you play the lowest seed at home. Win that and you host the NFCCG.

Too late!!! Riley Leonard is from Notre Dame. They haven't exactly been having a great finish to the 2025 season!!!
