Anyone know how many carries Stacy has gotten when the Rams started 1st and goal?

I read that he hasn't had success in the red zone, but I don't believe he has had many carries close to the goal line.

Given the choice between Clemens passing and Stacy running when the Rams are close to the goal line it is a travesty that they pass more than run.

Houston:

Texans 7 yard line, gained 3.

Carolina:

Panthers 4, gained 0.
Panthers 9, gained 0.
Panthers 7, gained 3.

Seattle:
Seahawks 6 gained 3.

So 5 carries for 9 yards.

But we could have pounded it in with Richardson against Seattle's zero coverage.

that's a lot more than I thought. I have to stop listening to the media guys.

That's where having good run blocking interior OLman is crucial. They're getting beat. Bad. That makes it pretty hard to run the ball inside the T's no matter who you are.

I can understand why Fisher rolls his eyes at the media guys.

Or not given away that they were going to pass it.
I'll bet you all $6,126 of your money that Seattle was defending the QB trap, dive, and rollout without a RB in there...

I don't have a problem with the call.

Reality check... We have a backup QB throwing to baby WRs. And our RB was hurt. And our interior OL can't run block. And we were playing a great defense.

We now have one of the worst, if not the worst, passing games in the NFL.
