This was quite a surprise as it was neglected in my care for at least a year with a bunch of stuff my wife brought back from abroad. Relatively constant temperature though. This is one fine ale. Drank it at about 60 deg F....and it's OLD.....and it was fantastic. So good I left what was left in the bottle warm up to room temp (72 deg F) and it was even better! A light brown, cloudy, bitter perfectly hopped.
