Somewhere around 1996-1997

My soon to be Wife bought me a personalized Rams jersey for my birthday. It's the same jersey that's in my avatar. In that picture is also the 1999 superbowl winners key chain that came with the NFL Films VHS tape of the miracle season. I used to wear that jersey in the sports bar in Beaverton, OR where I'd go to see the games. There was one other Rams fan there at the beginning of the '99 season. Midway through the season all of a sudden I had a fan club.

I know we don't like to think of that horrific decade where the Rams were the second worst team, but think about this. Who was the first worse team in the NFL for that decade?

The Cincinnati Bengals. Crazy right?

What goes around, comes around. Fans need to stick with their teams, through thick and thin. It's rough at times, but the bad makes the good so much sweeter!
