To the chagrin of Jeff Fisher, lots of clutching and grabbing by defensive backs during 1-on-1 pass-catching drills in red zone.
D-linemen Mason Brodine and Matt Conrath, both working inside, flashed at times during 1-on-1 pass rush drills.
Rams cult hero Andrew Helmick continued to make his share of catches but don't sleep on Nick Johnson. He's also started strong in camp.
Rams did some work on two-back offense with undrafted rookie Eric Stevens at FB. He's the only fullback on the roster.
As expected, TE Philip Lutzenkirchen (ankle) was back on the practice field and made a couple of nice catches Saturday.
Even with pass rush exploits, Rams offense did hit several deep balls, including 55-yarder from Bradford to Quick, who beat Trumaine Johnson
Austin Pettis also caught a couple of deep balls from Bradford.
And lastly, punter Johnny Hekker repeatedly crushed the ball during special teams work.
The pass rush again dominated the offense during 11-on-11 sesssions. We'll see what happens when the pads come on Monday.
S Rodney McLeod had a sidelined intercerption during the team's 2nd 11-on-11 session.
Rams executive VP of football operations Kevin Demoff was dropped into the water 20 times at training camp dunking both.
