Rams general manager Les Snead joins Mike Florio to explain the reasons why St. Louis drafted Todd Gurley with the No. 10 overall pick, including how he believes the SEC’s running style translates to the NFL. Florio sees the Rams building their team based on the Seattle model, which Snead says isn't a bad formula to follow. They also talk about Havenstein and the other O-Line draft picks: All are big, experienced, versatile, smart, tough, and tenacious.

Well here's some advice then.
Don't pass on linebackers that you could have had, but elected to let Seattle grab instead.

What's funny is, Jeff Fisher was following the Seattle formula in Tennessee before Seattle was. So is it really Seattles formula?

Exactly! Besides, the Horns also predated that 'Seattle formula' with ED and earlier runners. Stop giving the 'Hawks so much damn credit!!!

Okay. I can respect that. But can he follow the other part of the Seattle formula: knowing when to let players go and/or trade them for as much value as possible?
