Hope there is something in McVays contract that prevents him from leaving for the booth.

As much as I love McVay as the HC, IMO it's Snead who is the key to keeping the elite talent on this roster. He's the one making the trades and drafting. As long as Snead is GM this franchise is in good hands.

IMO, he and McVay are both deciding on the draft picks. There is no way he isn't getting input from McVay before drafting. Also, players want to play for McVay, so I'd give the edge to McVay in importance personally. Remember, Snead was the GM prior to McVay for 5 years... .that were not good.

Names mean nothing if you don’t have someone to coach them up and put them in a position to succeed. We see top draft picks fail all the time.

Snead was here before McVay, yet we were 7-9 with nice talent.

The key to a successful team is a complete team, especially coming from the in the front office and coaching staff.
