What a great interview. I like how Lillibrige called out the "genius" Fisher. It is time to take the neanderthal out of the cave and show him the light. Trestman would be the perfect hire!

Having said that, it won't happen. Expect an in-house or Greg Roman type of hire. It takes a ton of courage to look in the mirror and make an on the spot correction. After 20 years, you know what you have in Fisher, and he is under no pressure to change.
