Appreciate what he did for us,. but I don't see it happening.
The team has shown that it won't carry 3 QBs, we need an upgrade at that 2nd QB slot, and he can't go on the Practice Squad.
I was a big table pounder for them to keep 3 last year... but apparently with the 3rd QB roster exemption no longer being a thing, more NFL teams are getting away from that.I'm thinking that philosophy changes this year with bradfords injury history I really can't see how they wont keep 3 QBs. Bradford, another vet back up and a rookie they draft somewhere in the first 3 rounds. I hope they have learned there lesson.
Not according to Arians.I was a big table pounder for them to keep 3 last year... but apparently with the 3rd QB roster exemption no longer being a thing, more NFL teams are getting away from that.
And a big part of that argument is that if you get down to playing that 3rd QB, your season is likely hosed anyway, and that's hard to argue with. Frankly, it's hard not to think of next season as pretty much doomed unless Bradford holds up.

Agreed, and I hope they can trade back for and extra 2nd!Problem with Hill is his age. They will get yonger at both 2nd and 3rd string.
His replacement will likely be someone with more starts in his background, and they are gonna take QB in the first 2 rounds.
Hmmmm, I don't know. How did it work out for Ohio State this year?I was a big table pounder for them to keep 3 last year... but apparently with the 3rd QB roster exemption no longer being a thing, more NFL teams are getting away from that.
