Got several sessions for Christmas in a sensory deprivation chamber.
Water heated to body temperature, air heated to body temperature. The water is a foot deep and with a lot of Epsom salt. The chamber has no sound come into it and no light. So, supposedly, once you settle in you can't feel the difference between the water and the air. So, I have heard people describe it as a feeling as floating and great way to relax in a very deep way.
I want to get into this as, hopefully, a way to help with anxiety and stuff I deal with.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience doing this?
