Hey this interview is extremely good and it does showcase how good McVay is because one of the questions asked, was which player was the most difficult to get to know and build a relationship and McVay responds by saying... "Not sure which player, but some take more time to connect with." Priceless.
Great interview. The Lafleur story has me excited to see Hard Knocks. Its fun seeing the behind the scenes stuff. Also like how quickly Sean said Mahomes when asked about having any QB other than Goff and Cousins.
That was fun to watch.

Wow forget about football for a second, he just gets life. The old mentality of grinding work, 24/7 no matter what, the manufactured pressure of coming and leaving the office is over. Get your stuff done 100% and the rest, you do you. I wish more people would apply that in real life.
Well worth the listen. The word culture is thrown around a lot in football, but few really understand what it really is, and more importantly, how to implement it.
