Maybe I missed something, but why did I lose my wager of Scott Wells being the next cut?

Good question, I played both Jake Long and Scott Wells and lost on both!! I'd like the answer to this also!!

Okay here is my explanation.

First, the bet was worded "NEXT RAMS CUT" and since the team announced both cuts at the same time there really was no way to determine which player was cut first, therefore making that bet a winner. Every place I looked on line gave no answer for which player was released first.

Secondly, with the reset of monies and everyone starting at ground level, we didnt think it was fair to pay off the astronomical bets at the truly ridiculous odds that were listed , when it was pretty common knowledge that both players were going to get cut

ROD made book on the Bet, it should pay Off!! Pay off those that took Long, and those that took Wells! there was a 3rd option! JMHO!!!!!!!

How about - get over it. I think that was a great explanation from Rhody. It really IS that simple. We have a great group here but I have to say that I am getting pretty tired of this whining about not getting fake money for a ridiculous bet on what player's career might end.

Let's move on.
