Rams get:
Nick Foles, Eagles 2015 4th rnd pick, Eagles 2016 2nd round pick

Eagles get:
Sam Bradford, Rams 2015 5th rnd pick, *conditional 2016 pick


*Conditions:

Bradford doesn't start 50% of games in 2015 Eagles get Rams 2016 4th round pick

If Bradford doesn't play at all the Eagles get the Rams 2016 3rd round pick.

If Bradford plays more the 50% of Snaps the Eagles get no additional picks.


Note: No 1st round picks were swapped.
