The NFL has fined the New Orleans Saints, several of the team's coaches and defensive end Cameron Jordan more than $500,000 for faking an injury during Monday's loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Saturday.

I'm very glad to see this. The fake fucking timeouts are getting completely out of control.

It's way worse in the college game... especially when a team runs a no huddle type speed offense.

It's FUCKING CHEATING and it goes completely against the spirit of the game. The fines are a good start, but I feel that more needs to be done to clean up this shit. Timeouts need to be taken away, players need to be suspended, coaches need to be suspended when they are seen signaling for it, and teams need to be docked draft picks. It's FUCKING CHEATING. Cheating is for losers and bitches... get that shit outta here.

We can't let the mentality of soccer infiltrate football.
Just fake a cramp if anything....cant really prove you weren't cramping.
To discourage this any player that leaves the game with an injury, even a cramp, has to go into the tent for a quick injury evaluation....therefore that player will have to miss a few plays at the minimum.
Of course....then we will see a bunch of back up role players are the only ones cramping up at key moments.

It's the biggest reason I don't watch Soccer and no longer watch the NBA.
They've all turned into a bunch of bitches.

Yeah... the fake injuries in soccer are beyond embarrassing. Those guys go from deathbed to playing full speed in 10 seconds. After the miracle medical spray is applied of course.

I've seen grown ass men hauled off on a stretcher from the field. A fucking stretcher. Then, they sping up and run back onto the field with absolutely nothing wrong in less than a few seconds.

Hell, when I played football... we were taught to never show our injuries. Opponents would use that to their advantage if you did. And I damn sure would never allow myself to be hauled off on a stretcher unless both of my legs were broken. You always walked off the field yourself unless you were completely fucked.

Faking injuries is bitchassness multiplied by infinity.

It's cheating for bitches and it is against the spirit of sports. There is no place for that shit in any sport.
