We all remember when Kroenke beat Ross to the punch and hired Fisher, leaving Ross with the choice of Philbin. Kudos for Ross identifying that Philbin would not take the Dolphins to the next level. He made the change last mid season last year, while Phibin was sporting an eerily similar .462 winning %, turning to ultimately Adam Gase, who many thought was the prize of the coaching sweepstakes last year. His Dolphins flew xcountry and stole a game in the last 6 minutes and now sit at 6-4. Fisher and Stan sit where they have sat for the last 5 years, 4-6 and worse. Credit to Miami ownership for acting decisively to improve the franchises fate.
