You guys didn't touch on the leadership void after Jackson left. It's assumed (and anticipated) that Bradford will fill that void, but I don't think there was anybody on the team who was as vocal, or as capable as firing everyone up, as Jackson.
Clearly that's not enough of a trait to keep him around at over $6M a year, but still. With all the youth we have at various positions on the team, somebody is going to have to take over that role. And it could be more than one guy. Jake Long could step up, Chris Long could step up, Bradford could step up, but the longest tenured Ram on the team now is Chris Long, going into his 5th year.
That's crazy.
