Excellent job. Nice hearing from you, Memento.

CGI, as you go these sound more and more professional. Top notch, really. Keep it up.

They really do sound good especially when it's just us RODders spewing our knowledge. Good job.

That's what I think is the real neat thing in these; hearing from our members. I doubt we are bringing anything new to the forum in terms of "enlightened words of wisdom", but again, it's about member involvement and I'm really enjoying hearing from our members.

And... thanks for the kind words. The feedback feeds the motivation to do more.

Oh yeah, keep it going, post these on twitter, and we can expand the ROD reach. You are right, we have heard, and discussed most of these things, but we can reach a greater audience with these, and they are good quality, both technically, and because we have quality members here!

Yeah, kudos to Memento in this one. Not bad for a career hitchhiker. :pokeu:

Seriously, guys, thanks. I don't think I really brought anything new to the table, and I was certainly camera-shy in this one (I don't think I can listen to myself speak; I always sound awkward, lawl), but it was fun, and I had a very good time with it. I strongly recommend having other members try this.

That's it. Nice getting to talk to you and we'll do it again.

Thanks again for raising your hand on such short notice.

Cheers!

Let's get more members involved!

Cool to hear your voices. Similar to seeing your mugs in the pic section.

Good Job!

I'm gonna have to get my crazy ass on one of these soon. A parental warning will need to be displayed though.

I'm sure everyone can back me up on this.
CGI sounds like a natural as an interviewer.

I finally got to listen to this last night when I got home. Good stuff. My only complaint is that it was too short.

I generally click on the "new posts" link. Is there a way to make sure they always come up? I am heading into hell month with the restaurant, brewery, and several festivals. I don't want to miss one as I may not be able to check in for several days at a time. In this respect, I do miss the media link. I often only get the chance to watch and listen to media when I'm trying to sleep and need something to take my mind off my business.

No offense but you help me sleep. :sly:

And BTW Momento - I don't know of many who like hearing their own voice or how they sound on tape. I've given several speeches and always was discouraged by how I came off. Just keep doing them and figure that you are doing something that few really have the balls to do. Great job.

CGI - you have a voice made for radio. Too bad the face matches that description. :sly: I keed I keed.

Seriously - great job guys. What an add to the site.
