I was able to see him and his band in the mid-90s.
Great concert.
He did a lot of Kiss of course and did the thing where the sparks and flames were coming out of his guitar.
It was cool because I was probably six feet away from him.
RIP bro

Saw them in 96 when they first decided to play in full makeup again. They played a good set, pyro set the roof of the stage on fire, it was a good show. RIP Space Ace.

I went as him for Halloween when I was 11. That would have meant he was 23 at the time. Crazy. Seems he should have been much older.

RIP Ace.

I went as him for Halloween from like age 6 through 10, haha. I was obsessed with Kiss as a kid. Still love their first 5 or 6 albums.

RIP Spaceman. You were my first musical hero.

Three of my friends and I dressed up like KISS in high school for Halloween. I was Paul Stanley.

Sad to hear about Ace, the guy was a legend and one of the most distinctive guitarists of his era. His tone and stage presence helped define KISS and left a mark that’ll never fade.
