So eloquently put. He has a way with words.

How has he managed to keep his job? The foot porn alone would have gotten him fired you'd think.

He's kinda falling apart as a HC, but I've always liked Rex. He's funny, enthusiastic and he approaches the game the way it's supposed to be approached...like a game.

I don't get why he catches so much hate. I understand why fans of rival teams might get sick of him, but that's it. I'm pretty sure lots of people just hate on him because that's the trend, and they're not really sure why.

His players love him. He's entertaining. And he's just an intriguing figure.

I think he gets another shot with another team. He would be a good fit in Atlanta with a good QB already in place.

And I'll add that I wouldn't want him as DC because 1) We obviously have a good one in Williams, and 2) I think he needs time away from high-level jobs to rethink things and gather himself.

But I'd love to have him here as a position coach or some type of D assistant. He's a great motivator and the players will respond. Not to mention, after years of being THE guy for the Jets and facing the harsh NY & national media, I think he'd enjoy a low-key job for a small-market team.

But I doubt it happens. He'll likely get offered DC somewhere or maybe even HC.
