The Green Bay Packers signed veteran tight end Matthew Mulligan to a one-year deal, the Green Bay Press-Gazette reported. Mulligan was cut by the St. Louis Rams last month. In two seasons with the Rams, Mulligan appeared in all 32 games, including 18 starts. He had eight receptions for 84 yards in 2012.
Mulligan picked the Packers over the 49ers, according to the report.
