It wasn't that long ago and he was being held up as the poster boy of HC's.

He narrowly lost Coach of the Year honors that year and I remember hearing talk shows discussing him as a "great".

He then coached his way DOWN the totem pole.

He is the Vikings OL coach now.

Things can change and I hope he earns another demotion Sunday after his OL gets washed out.

At first I thought you were about to trash McVay. I was thinking, "Damn, it's a little early for all that isn't it?"

Good call though. To heck with that guy. I hope Donald and Brockers eat their o line all day long.
