While it looks like I separated AFC and NFC... when doing this exercise, it strikes me the NFC is much stronger as a whole at the QB position, IMO.

I like your list I would probably just swap both the nfc north over the nfc south and the same for the afc

I think NFC west having Jimmy G and the munchkin puts them below NFC south and North. Jimmy G showed his true colors and the munchkin has improved in speculation only. In fact the public perception is so low on Goff, it raises the perception of these 2.

NFC South - strong in name only
AFC North - most potential
NFC North - still can go, but have to put up with how their team is run
NFC East - meh division
AFC South - the best of the rest
AFC West - Patrick Mahomes and the other boys...at least Drew Lock can lip sync rap like no other.
AFC East - hahahaha, I do like Josh Allen tho.

Mahommes is great, Carr is better than advertised, Lock is a Gamer, Taylor is solid IMO. It might be that I live in Broncos country and watch these guys all season/

Lock actually has thrown numerous passes in the NFL. I agree on Burrow, Tua, and Herbert, but Lock, while young, definitely deserves his spot.
