Yup! Very much a product of good drafting and them dumping guys like Brockers along with no second contract for some guys and them being replaced by rookies.

The NFL over the last 5 years has become a young mans league.

As of roughly 7:45 p.m. on cutdown day, when we finished collecting data from all 32 NFL team website rosters, the Jacksonville Jaguars had the youngest team in the NFL.

Youth= 1) more $$$ for elite vets. 2) Better chance to avoid injuries. 3) Better chance to improve. Homer says “earn your keep vets. young bucks are hungry and will eat dog food. they don’t need filet mignon”.
