why do others have the ability on stubhub....etc to list with instant download?
I see lots of tickets listed that way

Few reasons:
1. They are invalid tickets. We have had a number of people purchase off of StubHub and the tickets they got were not real.
2. They do not know they do not have access to the PDF now and so are posting that thinking they can.
We only allow people to get their PDF of their tickets once we are within 2 weeks of the game.

OK, Thanks for the help.
Sounds like first year growing pains.
So to be clear Instant download is never an option for anyone.even within 2 weeks?
It will always be a pdf transfer.
