Been saying that for years.
 
Or trade down to where the best player is one they need and get another second round pick in the bargain.
I agree don't "reach" , but don't ignore need either.
The Moneyball theory is well served by going for second round players they deliver the most bang for the buck.
 
I think these guys' philosophy is BPA at position of need. BPAAPON, to be exact.
