I used the sportsbook.com odds to minimize pushes because they had more 1/2 numbers to minimize pushes. The Ram game was the last one I posted, and its possible I got in a hurry and made the mistake. Its not the first time this has happened...my boss once won 5000 dollars on a misprint in a Lakers over/under. He bet everything in his account, then he tried to upload more money. But by the time the cash got transferred, the book discovered the error and corrected it. His bet was honored, but not without some resentment. Wasnt his fault, and of course he talked about his dumb luck for at least a week afterwards.
Since it is "just fun" I have been doing two things....1) leaving the line as they are at the time I post, and not moving it as the week progresses and 2) giving even odds as we do not have a true bookie that needs to cover expenses.
However, I dont see it as a charity. They still have to play the games, and I'm just a volunteer.
