Coming from a Rams fan since i was 12 that lives in Maryland that has never been to St.Louis I would honestly like to know how the fan base is their because I have seen the infamous video that basically tells you how and when to cheer at games and I wont forget the Green Bay game at home last year where it seemed like we were playing in Wisconsin. But i refuse to believe that we have worse fans than the Ravens. I would include the redskins, steelers, or eagles but honestly i have no quails with any of those teams or fans. But ravens fans are the worst, imagine having to go to bar to watch your game because of course i dont live in St.Louis and I'm not paying 300 bucks for Sunday Ticket, to have some Douchebag in his K-Mart Flacco jersey to ask you what state you live in, yeah sorry i dont wanna support a team that based their franchise around a preaching murderer that in my opinion is overrated....whoops. And to have to hear fans talk about man if the lights didnt go out in the superbowl and if ray rice didnt fumble we would have crushed the 9'ers, they act like they didn't just win the fucking superbowl. And also baltimore city sucks. But all im saying is please tell me our fans are not that bad and im sorry for ranting but i felt it fit for this weeks preseason game and plus im a little drunk

I live in STL and the fans at the games are great! Not as loud as they could be when the opposing teams on offense all the time. Just when they get past the 50. Respectful of the other team's fans that are at the game.

St Louis is a great sports town in general, I was a season ticket holder for the football Cardinals when they were here and I can tell you that ALL you have to do here is put a decent product on the field and people will come and they will cheer.

They aren't quite like Broncos fans or Bears fans but once they have confidence you are doing your best they will as well regardless if it produces championships.

I have always said the reason the Cubs suck is because their fans will settle for consistent incompetence, these fans won't if they discover you don't care (Shaw) enough to excel they'll leave you, they are hungry for a winner and Kroenke/Snead/ Fisher/Demoff are re-energizing the fan base .

I'd say though the "investment" in Sunday ticket is worth it. Gas, the higher cost of food and beer in a bar, the ability to re-run plays if you desire,IMO Sunday ticket is SUCH a deal if I had to I'd get a part time job just to pay for it.

I've had "ticket" for it's entire existence,ya wanna hear what SUCKS is a cupple years back the NFL expanded the blackout range to include the city my Fox affiliate is domicile in and if the Rams don't sell out, they block the game on my "ticket" which just aint right man. Thank God Kroenke wants the games broadcast in St L even if he has to rig the sales to get a sell out.

Welcome man, you've found the best board, you can make friends here and not have to worry an asshole or two will F- it up for everybody.

That's like saying being a single amputee is better than being a double amputee. :boohoo:

On a different note, I think the main reason St. Louis fans are respectful to the fans from other cities is our long history of having Cub fans coming to see their team lose to the Cardinals all the time.
