Why I’m the Rams Fangirl

............... THE RAMS FANGIRL TAKE
My love for the game of football started at the ripe young age of 11. My brother, who was nine years old at thetime, was on the top Pop Warner team in the country.
I decided that because I couldn’t play, I wanted to learn every aspect of the game so I could properly cheer for the team. That year, his team went on to play in the Pop Warner Championship in Florida and became Champions – I was hooked.
From then on, I have been on the sidelines of every one of his high school football games, and, of course, each and every game of my Alma Mater, the University of Southern California as a USC Song Girl. When I found out that the Los Angeles RAMS could possibly be coming back to Los Angeles (where they belong),
I could barely contain my excitement. The only thing I needed to complete my football season every year was a NFL team in my hometown.
I could not be more ecstatic that the Rams will start by playing in my favorite stadium and what I call home, the LA Coliseum. And I cannot wait for them to move into their new, state-of-the-art home in Inglewood!
After graduating from USC, I went on to work at FOX Sports West where I was a social media correspondent and on-air personality for our team partners including the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, LA Kings, Anaheim Ducks, and Los Angeles Clippers. When I say the only thing missing in my life was a NFL team, I am NOT kidding!
I could not be more stoked to properly welcome the Rams back to Los Angeles as your Ramsfangirl. Let’s get this journey started!
