R. Quinn Concussion?

Have any of you guys heard any details about R. Quinn & a concussion? I have this tweet from J. Thomas via SBNation but not much substance here.

Guess he suffered it sometime during the Cardinal game. He doesnt even know when it happened. He still hasnt passed his baseline test. Definitely has to be in question for the 49er game at this point.
