So he went unclaimed and the Rams still didn't sign him back. And remember the Rams generally pay top dollar for players they want on their practice squad so they usually win in a bidding war. So this, along with McVay's comments yesterday, tells me they did not like something about him. This just smells like that classic "player got the coach speak as they politely threw him out the door" treatment that seems to happen once or twice a season.

If that's the case I'm fine with losing Pooh. If he's not a fit he's not a fit. Whether it's locker room or physical doesn't matter.
If he’s legitimately worse than Reeder. And little hope he could elevate above Reeder by end of next year then he just wasn’t ANY good. Hard to believe but could be a cold hard fact.

All I know is, when it comes to Reeder the team disagrees with the fans. They think he adds value to the team. Fans didn't like Shelton over Limmer. Another case where the team disagrees with the fans. Rams are in win now mode. They have more trust in the experienced guys. Less likely to make a big mistake at the wrong time. Like when Stafford got sacked in the playoff game essentially ending the rally. That was an assignment mistake.
