Has to be Rollins. He's easily the best cornerback in this draft, and I have no idea how he slipped to the second. Not that IEO isn't going to be one of the best slot cornerbacks in the game and a dynamic threat on defense, but Rollins can literally start anywhere in the secondary except for strong safety.
