Albert Breer of NFL Media reports that the Dolphins and Eagles have officially closed the deal on the trade that will send CB Byron Maxwell and LB Kiko Alonso to Miami.

• According to Breer, the Dolphins and Eagles will swap their first-round picks as part of the trade involving Alonso and Maxwell.
• This means the Eagles move up to No. 8 overall and the Dolphins drop down to No. 13.

Sanchez is probably cut I'd think but yeah I agree with you. Wonder if they'd be more likely to target WR.

Exactly. No way do they sign a QB. They could be looking to parlay more picks in a trade down though.

+1 No way they did all that to get a QB. Bradford will be fine, especially with the option leaving town with Kelly.

I love Elliot, but they still have Matthews and Sproles.

Could be looking to add OL too. Too high for WR.

Totally agree. Eagles assessment (and their FO has heavy QB credentials is that outside of the top 2 no draft able QB is worth a first round. pick) Also they have played/ or coached at least 2 or hopefully 3Ds (run, catch, block) RBs. E. Elliot is the real deal 3D RB.
