Who should the Los Angeles Rams target in the 2016 NFL Draft? CBS Sports' Pete Prisco joins Jamey Eisenberg to discuss some of the options to consider in April. The Rams need speed and play makers on offense, but QB is the biggest need. Prisco thinks they should make a move for a QB. If they can’t get one of the top QB’s they need to go for a vertical threat.
