What is really intriguing is the other AFC East teams had some really nice hauls too on top of the Pats having a rather boring draft.
Bills are going to be the team to beat in the division this year. They have a very good roster and just had a fantastic draft with Epenesa round 2 (he is an impact pick in that scheme wow), Moss round 3 (another impact fit), and brought in my favorite kicker from this class in Tyler "Ace of" Bass.
Dolphins took some guys I was luke warm on, however they brought in big volume plus some guys I liked too. So I think that roster just got a huge influx on the heels of a season where they won more games than I thought that new coach was capable of (not a fan of him but year one should give Phins fans hope).
And the Jets. I think their roster is quite good at key positions after this draft. They scooped OT Beckton, WR Mims, S Davis, RB Perine, Edge Zuniga, and then the QB I wanted for our backup in James "Captain" Morgan. One of the best drafts in the league this year to my eye. And their starting QB looks primed for a big jump year if things click.
AFC East will not be nearly as much a cakewalk as it has been.
