THEN fold it over on itself so that all the seasoning is now on the inside, and cut it up into squares. Like a Wendy's burger. Grill it, brush it with steak sauce on the grill, and top it with smoked Gouda.
Shazam.

I really really want to try your restaurant, but I'd definitely go for the Full Rack of Babyback Ribs, 'cause there is no way I'm going to a rib joint and ordering anything other than baby backs.RamFan503 said:http://www.PigFeathers.com Go for the Blueberry Thrill Burger.
In N Out Burger, why of course. But only for our western-US friends.brokeu91 said:Here's a website which is supposed to outline each state's best burger/most unique burger

By the way, what kind of Slaw do you do? Is it the conventional mayonnaise based dressing, or is it the Carolina vinegar?

We make our own slaw sauce. It's kind of a hybrid if you will. We use a combination of mayo and apple cider vinegar for the base. Then we add some sugar and our Chipotle Rub. It's kinda tangy, kinda creamy, kinda (slightly) smokey, and kinda spicy.

It's not, but the 50/50 means 50% beef and 50% bacon.Stranger said:Is that Jackie Slater's place?LosAngelesRams said:Slater 50/50s is pretty good. Its in huntington beach.

In-N-Out, 5 guys, 50/50, Lucille's Peppercorn Burger, and the Habit makes the burgers in my area, other than my own burgers.
Price is too much from those places? I thought them pretty affordable, and cheaper than some of the deluxe burgers from some fast food joints.bluecoconuts said:DR RAM said:It's not, but the 50/50 means 50% beef and 50% bacon.Stranger said:Is that Jackie Slater's place?LosAngelesRams said:Slater 50/50s is pretty good. Habit has some good burgers... 5 guys as well, they also make good dogs.. But the price is just too much. Never had 50/50's though.
