Working under McVay's offensive scheme and play calling, do you believe Marshall Faulk could become a successful OC for the Rams ?

Marshall's never coached before. How about he starts off as RB coach and see how that works out first??
But that aint actually being a coach. Sure he was a smart football player, but coaching is a whole nuther levelA number of players and coaches have stated he was like having a coach on the field when he was playing, ... he's a pretty intelligent guy when it comes to the game. jmo.
Just because someone was an excellent player and has an excellent mind for the game doesn't mean they'll be a great coach or executive. Michael Jordan comes to mind.
That being said I think the guy should be Bill Callahan. He is known as a guy that can develop offensive line talent and you already have McVay to call plays. If the Rams want to ever succeed they have to build a great offensive line.
