No Rams today! Anybody still watching football and making some foods?

Wife requested that I make Cullen Skink for dinner - it's a soup we learned about while visiting Scotland this summer.

I made a nice, easy sausage and chilli linguine earlier.

Whenever I make Cullen Skink, I follow this recipe:

Cullen skink

Simmer haddock, potatoes, milk, onion and parsley to make this comforting soup. Serve with crusty bread for a filling lunch or supper

I have a pan that has 4 circles in it. Cooks eggs and sausage patties the perfect size for buns, muffins or bagels. An egg, sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich. I used bagels today. I butter the buns and toast them in the broiler. My favorite breakfast sandwich. Far better than any fast food.

It’s always spelt “chilli” here.

I have never seen it with one l, unless it’s at an American restaurant.
